Northamptonshire Police serves over 914 square miles, policing a diverse population of over 747,000. They employ over 1,400 police officers across the county. Northamptonshire Police are also responsible for policing one of the biggest sporting events of the year, the British Grand Prix.

Core requirements
To be eligible to join Northamptonshire Police, you must:
- Have achieved, or be working towards, a 2.2 undergraduate degree by the programme start date.
- Be a British Citizen or have indefinite leave to remain and right to work in the UK.
- Have lived in the UK for the last three years.
- Have a full UK manual driving licence.
