Application and eligibility

Outcome

First, complete and submit your online application form using the Apply button below.

You’ll be asked to complete information about your eligibility for the programme. It shouldn’t take you more than 30 minutes to complete. We’ll receive your application and review. You can find more information on eligibility criteria for the programme here.

Once you’ve passed eligibility checks, you’ll be invited to a suitability interview with Police Now.

The interview will take place online and will last one hour and 15 minutes. We’ll be looking to understand your motivation for joining the Frontline Leadership Programme and pursuing promotion, as well as your dedication to Police Now's mission.

You'll be assessed to ensure you are aligned with Police Now's mission, competencies and values. Make sure you have spent time reading about the competencies and values you will be assessed against.

We’ll get in touch with you directly to arrange the interview and we’ll work with you to arrange the date and time around your work schedule as much as possible.

Once you’ve had your interview with Police Now we’ll call you to let you know the outcome of your application. This shouldn’t take longer than two weeks following your interview.

Throughout the process you’ll have access to a member of the Police Now recruitment team to answer any questions and make sure you know what to expect.
