"Representation within leadership roles is really important. When I joined four years ago, I was looking around and there wasn’t really any representation in the higher ranks. I said to myself, you can be that representation and you can make that change. So, that's exactly what I'm doing by joining the Frontline Leadership Programme."

Alumni progression and promotion

The progression and success of our alumni speaks to the high quality of our participants and programmes. A significant number of our alumni have been promoted to sergeant or have successfully gained a place on the College of Policing Fast Track Programme.

This is having a positive impact on frontline supervision and management, with the most talented individuals progressing to senior levels of leadership to improve the quality of service delivery to the public.
