The application process for our National Graduate Programme can be split into two stages:
1. From application to conditional offer
After submitting your online application, which takes around 30-45 minutes, your application will be reviewed by our recruitment team. If eligible for the programme, you will be invited to complete an immersive assessment within seven days. If you pass this stage, you will be invited to a virtual assessment centre where successful candidates will receive a conditional offer.
This process can take as little as 2-3 weeks depending on your availability and how quickly you complete each stage.
2. From conditional to final offer
Once you receive your conditional offer, you will begin the vetting process, which includes background checks, a medical assessment, and a fitness test.
This typically takes around 2-4 months, depending on your personal circumstances and how promptly you complete each check. Timeframes may also vary by force.
