Covering 914 square miles and policing a diverse population of over 802,000, Northamptonshire Police employ over 1,500 police officers across the county. They receive, on average, 880 calls a day and at least 60 online reports daily, and have recorded upwards of 60,000 crimes over the past year.

Core requirements
To be eligible to join Northamptonshire Police, you must:
- Have achieved, or be working towards, a 2.2 undergraduate degree programme start date.
- Be a British Citizen or have indefinite leave to remain and right to work in the UK.
- Have lived in the UK for the last three years.
- Have a full UK manual driving licence.
