Networks
We actively support our alumni to set up their own networks within the alumni and ambassador community, so that they can come together and problem solve, share best practice and stay connected with each other.

Become a Network Lead
We are always on the look out for Network Leads. Our Network Leads run our networks in partnership with our Alumni Officers. Being a Network Lead gives you the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and make a tangible difference to issues you care about on a national scale.
Network Leads
You will receive:
- Monthly catch ups with an alumni officer on how to grow and manage your network
- Training sessions to support your success
- Access to a support network made up of other Network Leads and access to Police Now's wider policing network
- Opportunities to develop and demonstrate leadership skills
- Technical support (IT/Teams)
What we expect in return:
- Planning and leading network events throughout the year.
- Engage with network members each month
- Bi-monthly planning of network meet ups
- Bi-monthly network promotion (in force/among your existing networks)
- Capture and share good news stories from the network twice a year
Please note these responsibilities can be shared between network leads of one network.
