We are hosting two information sessions for alumni about the Frontline Leadership Programme. We will be opening for applications for cohort 7 soon, so come along to find out more!
Hear from our recruitment team as well as previous FLP participants about their time on the programme. During the sessions we will be talking about the recruitment process, what the programme looks like, as well as the support that is offered to you as you look to achieve promotion.
Our alumni networks are a space to come together and problem solve, share best practice and stay connected with each other.
The aim of this network is to provide a space to support officers mental health and wellbeing by providing a safe space to network with other officers and share knowledge and best practice. Everyone is welcome!
