You can get involved in a number of events and opportunities, including professional development workshops and guest speaker webinars as well as promotion support sessions. Here, you will also find opportunities such as secondment opportunities to Police Now as a Syndicate Lead.

This 90 minute workshop will help officers better understand their own mental health and wellbeing, recognising when they might need to speak up, and overcoming the stigma of talking about mental health in order to do this. Hannah understands the vulnerability of experiencing and speaking up about mental health, but will talk you through how to overcome this, where you can access help, and how embracing vulnerability leads to your best success!
Some of the content will be similar to that covered on the FLP by Hannah Bailey for cohorts F6 and F7, however the overcoming stigma elements of the session will be new content and all alumni are welcome to join!
Please note this event is only open to alumni and current participants of Police Now programmes.
We will be hosting two online information sessions for Police Now alumni who are considering the Fast-Track to Inspector Programme.
These sessions will cover the College of Policing Fast Track programme, application process and the support on offer to you from Police Now.
