Welcome to the Alumni Hub, a space for all Police Now alumni and participants from our programmes to find out what support is on offer when you graduate.
Whether you’re aiming for your next promotion or seeking to grow in your current role, we provide targeted career development opportunities.
Our goal is to ensure that every Police Now programme alum has access to the resources and support they need to excel.
We love to stay in touch with our alumni and are interested to find out how your careers have progressed beyond the programmes. You can let us know what role you’ve moved into and if you’ve moved force by clicking the button below.
Once you’ve completed a Police Now national graduate programme, you’ll be part of a unique and exclusive group of alumni.
We’ll continue to support your career progression and ongoing professional development with exclusive help for mock assessment centres, promotion application and interviews.
You can help support the next generation of Police Now participants through a range of opportunities.
This includes becoming a Syndicate Lead at a Police Now academy and speaking at a Police Now event.
We offer tailored support for alumni seeking promotion to Sergeant, Inspector, or above.
This includes access to resources, one-to-one coaching sessions and interactive workshops designed to help you prepare for your force’s promotion processes.
We offer support for our alumni who wish to apply for the College of Policing’s Fast Track PC to Inspector programme.
This includes information sessions, group coaching, one-to-one coaching and preparation for all assessment centre exercises.

Promotion within the police service can be very competitive with different processes to navigate your way through, so support is on hand to help you understand the processes and what’s required of you at each stage.
You’ll be supported by our Progression and Development Officer, Cadie, who will help you make the most of your alumni benefits. Cadie has answered some frequently asked questions below about the support available and how to get in touch.

Cadie Fryer, Progression and Development Officer at Police Now
Contact me directly at [email protected] and I’ll be happy to support you with the right guidance or resources based on your needs.
Following an initial one-to-one, I will tailor a support program to meet your needs and objectives. This may include anything from exam preparation to interview question practice.
I can provide evidence-building support, guidance and review of written applications, briefings, and tabletop exercises.
Sessions are usually over 60 minutes. The frequency and number of sessions is dependent on your requirements and can be impacted by supply and demand.
If demand is high, I may offer group coaching sessions Force by Force in addition to one-to-one support.
Preparation and practice are key to success, so I would say it’s never too early to start. An early one-to-one can be hugely beneficial. I will tailor guidance and support in line with your needs and timeframe.
Don’t allow others to talk you out of it. Begin building an evidence bank of examples, this will help you later down the line. Book a one-to-one session with me to talk through your options or barriers.
My main focus is on supporting promotion, but I also offer guidance and support for lateral career development, so please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
I may also be able to connect you with other members of our alumni community who have relevant experience.
